This year, Brookwood is excited to resume Auxiliary Programming during Parent/Teacher Conferences!
Thursday, November 3 (Half-Day/noon dismissal for all students)
12:00 - 4:00 p.m.
For a fee, we will be offering half day programming in various locations throughout our campus from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 3rd. This will include lunch, snack, two recesses, and 2-3 stations with Brookwood faculty and After School staff. Students will be grouped by age: EC/K, 1st & 2nd, 3rd - 5th, and 6th - 8th. To accommodate this programming, there will be no drop in service available during this time. Please note that registration for this program will be limited to ensure safe ratios and high-quality supervision. Registration for this program will close on October 30, 2022, though we may close specific age groups as they hit their maximum enrollment limits.
4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Following 4:00 p.m. dismissal, we will offer an additional 2-hour program in the library. We plan to show a movie and offer other calm-body choices. If your child is regularly enrolled in After School on Thursdays after 4:00 p.m. the fee will be waived. This will be a separate registration from the 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. programming. Your child(ren) may do one, both, or neither of the Thursday programs. Please note that registration for this program will also be limited due to space limitations and to ensure a safe environment. Registration for this program will also close October 30, 2022, and it may close sooner if we hit our maximum enrollment numbers.
Drop-in Service from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
We will offer drop in service from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. only. Drop-in service does not require pre-registration, only covers the length of your conference(s), and is free of charge. This will take place in the library.
Friday, November 4 (No School - all students)
8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
On Friday of parent/teacher conferences, we will offer drop-in service only. Drop-in service does not require pre-registration, only covers the length of your conference(s), and is free of charge. This will take place in the library.
More information about these programs, including pricing, will be sent via email on October 20, 2022 for both conferences and corresponding Auxiliary Programming.
