Changemaking Lab note 4/28/23

Over the past two weeks, I had the pleasure of facilitating a unique learning experience for parents in the Changemaking Lab. We explored the exciting world of digital fabrication, specifically 3D design, printing, and laser cutting. The parents had the opportunity to bring their ideas to life and discover new ways of engaging with their children's learning.

The Changemaking Lab is a dynamic space specifically designed to foster innovation, creativity, and leadership. It's an environment that encourages experimentation and provides a safe space for parents to learn, collaborate and explore new possibilities.

The open studio time offered a hands-on approach to learning the same skills their children regularly use at Brookwood. With the use of technology, parents were able to create and design their own unique pieces. The experience was filled with laughter, creativity and pizza, providing a fun-filled learning experience for everyone involved.
