Illness Guideline Reminder

Flu season is upon us, and in order to promote a safe and healthy school environment, please do not send students to school with any of the following: fevers, vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough or profuse discolored discharge from nose or eyes. Any student who has a fever of 100.0 degrees F or greater, vomiting, or diarrhea will be sent home from school. Students must be symptom free for 24 hours without fever reducing medication before returning to school. Parents are expected to notify the school if their child contracts a contagious illness such as strep throat, chicken pox or head lice.
