Bring a picnic lunch and join Mass Audubon to help control the invasive Perennial Pepperweed plant that threatens the Newbury Great Marsh. Mass Audubon will be providing a naturalist who will teach attendees about this invasive species, the ecology of the Great Marsh, and answer any questions we may have. Audubon advises us to wear long pants, bring a long shirt, and have bug spray and sun protection. The Clark Beach area is a beautiful spot to enjoy a picnic lunch after doing our part to help the environment. Hope to see you there!
