Brookwood School Courtyard
SATURDAY, APRIL 30
BBQ 6:00 p.m.
Movie begins at 6:45 p.m.
What to Bring:
Blanket and/or lawn chairs (make sure it is comfortable - seating will be on the courtyard)
Bug spray
Cash for concessions
Warm clothing
Non-perishable foods for Beverly Bootstraps Food Drive!
No pets, alcohol, or tobacco substances
Event Format:
Guests will check-in at registration and pick their spot on the courtyard to watch the movie.
BBQ will begin at 6:00pm and run for approximately 45 minutes. During this time, children are invited to socialize with their friends on the courtyard and turf only. Once the movie begins, all will be expected to remain on the courtyard for the duration of the evening.
The movie will begin promptly at 6:45 p.m. and will run until about 8:30 p.m.
A cash concession stand popcorn, candy, snacks, and water will be available.
School Store will be open.
Expectations:
All children MUST be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times. This is not a "drop-off" event.
The courtyard will be supervised during this event, and as such, the playground, courts, pond, and other spaces on campus are strictly off-limits.
Restrooms will be open in the Slate Lobby. All other spaces will be locked.
Guests are kindly asked to carefully leave campus promptly upon the conclusion of the movie.
Parking: Guests are welcome to park in parking lots and on the chips along Brookwood Road.
A Note About Weather & Conditions:
The weather looks nice for this event; clear and cool in the low-50s.
