April 26: Exploring Mindfulness with Jean Skaane

Learn what mindfulness is, and what it is not; the interrelationship and differences with meditation; the benefits of mindfulness; and many ways to “train the brain” to come back to the present moment using “anchors”. We’ll try out using a variety of anchors from the breath, sounds, body sensations, art, and imagery.
