Dress Code:
Grades 4 - 8 - Please wear special event dress that includes a white top and dark bottoms; students can wear winter jackets for the performance. Due to the shift in date, any type of dark pants and white shirt will be suitable.
Early Childhood - Grade 3 - Special Event dress (optional). Since this event is being held outdoors, please come dressed for the weather.
Parking:
Due to limited on-campus parking, we are asking families to arrive in one car, if possible.
We will have parking attendants directing traffic, and we ask that you only park in the following areas:
Event / Game Day Parking
Lower Lot by the Pond
Employee Lot behind campus
Lower School Lot
Along the Turf side of Brookwood Road
Dismissal Adjustments:
For students in EC - Grade 3 who are leaving after the first show, please walk around to your student’s outdoor classroom to pick them up.
For students in Grades 4 - 8, dismissal won’t run on the courtyard due to the event running until 3:00 p.m. Students should leave with their families from the event.
If you’re not attending the Fall Festival, please arrive at 3:15 p.m. for dismissal.
Bus transportation will be delayed by 15 minutes
