As a reminder, we will be offering Auxiliary Programming on Thursday, November to accommodate the noon dismissal, with half-day programming from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. and a movie from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required for the offerings, and enrollment is limited. Registration for Thursday’s programming will close this Sunday, 10/30. Please read below to learn more about the offerings and sign up.
Drop-in service is also available on Thursday, November 3rd from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. (no drop-in coverage available from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m.) and on Friday, 11/4 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. during the length of your conference(s).
Thursday, November 3 (Half-Day/noon dismissal for all students)
Half-Day Programming From 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. (No drop-ins during this time)
Movie Programming From 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Drop-In Programming from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. only
No pre-registration required. Please sign your students into the library upon your arrival and sign them out when you pick them up
Friday, November 4 (No School - all students)
Drop In Programming 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Students may be signed into the library on a “drop in” basis while their adults head to their conference(s). Students will be supervised and able to do calm-body choices like reading, coloring, and puzzles. Please note, this service only covers the length of your conference(s). There is no full-day Auxiliary Program available on this day.
